PRIVACY & TRANSPARENCY

Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy

How PAC-SM uses browser technologies, the choices available to you and how to change them.

Back to marketplace

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and identifiers used to provide, secure, measure or improve a digital service.

2. Our categories

Strictly necessary

These support authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout, saved privacy choices, regional settings and core marketplace operation. They cannot be disabled through the consent centre because the requested service would not function reliably without them.

Preferences

These remember optional experience choices beyond what is strictly required.

Analytics

These help PAC-SM understand aggregated service usage, performance and errors so the marketplace can be improved.

Advertising

These may support relevant promotions, attribution and advertising campaign measurement with approved partners.

3. Your choices

On first visit, PAC-SM asks you to accept all, reject non-essential technologies or customise individual categories. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent ordinary marketplace access. Use the Privacy settings button available throughout the site to change your choice later.

4. Partners and duration

PAC-SM will activate non-essential partner technologies only for categories you accept. Individual technology duration may vary by purpose. The PAC-SM consent record lasts up to twelve months, after which consent may be requested again. A material policy or category change may also require a renewed choice.

5. Security and contact

Consent does not authorize PAC-SM or a partner to collect passwords, payment credentials or identity documents through advertising technologies. Contact PAC-SM support through the in-app Help & chat control if you have a privacy question.
